🪐 What to know about posting day
- We will use muse’s timezone (Eastern Time) as the cutoff for posting so that the mods will be awake when submissions come in. Make sure your submissions are posted by 10pm ET on your scheduled date.
- Writers: You’ll post your entire fic on your posting date. All chapters in one go! Fics must be marked complete. You can edit a fic for typos, but don’t add additional chapters or fiddle with your posting date while the bang is posting.
- Artists: If you are posting multiple related pieces, you will post all of them on your posting date.
☄️Getting ready for posting day
We recommend preparing for your posting day in advance. Here are some tips!
- Talk with your partner about your posting-day plan. Let them know your time zone and what time of day you’re able to post
- Double check how you spell & format each other’s names
- Talk about embedding art in the fic. This is up to both of you and optional
- Decide who is going to submit the team post to tumblr on your team’s posting date (since this is a reverse bang, the artist is most likely, but we don’t care who does it)
- Artists, crop your art into a little promo graphic to accompany your team post and social media posts (optional but recommended)
