We’ll ping participants on Discord first and email about all check-ins, but you're responsible for staying on schedule. We won’t grant extensions except in cases of natural disasters.
February 26: Sign-ups open for all participants! ✅
March 23: Artist check-in #1. Concept or initial sketch due. Artist sign-ups close. ✅
April 20: Artist check-in #2. Art drafts + summaries due for claims. Writer sign-ups close. ✅
April 22: Art previews sent to writers. Please submit your preferences by 10:30am ET on April 27th. ✅
April 27-28: The mods will figure out team matchups! Once all teams are set, you will be alerted via discord and/or email. ✅
May 4: Team check-in. Posting conflicts for June requested so we can make up the schedule. ✅
May 25: Final artist check-in & writer check-in. Art should be complete at this check-in, meaning you could post today if you had to, but you may continue to refine it until your posting date. Fic drafts due; you must show significant progress. Pinch hitters will be brought in as necessary.

Event rules are given in good faith, and we ask you follow them in the same spirit. We will not debate the meaning or reasoning behind a specific rule with any participant. You are free to ask for clarification on any point, but the mods have final say in how the rules are enforced.
This is a hate-free event. If we learn that any participant has engaged in bullying, hate, or harassment on social media, Discord, AO3, another site, or as a participant in a different event, their invitation will be permanently rescinded without warning.
